[SWANcom] Update: Hours display in the BLUEcloud Mobile app

As 70% of our libraries are closed at this point and we anticipate more closings and extensions to existing closures​, we’ve disabled the display of hours in the BLUEcloud Mobile app for all libraries. We have included messaging to check your library website for the most current hours.
