They have advised us not to use the ProPay swipes at the desk until they find a resolution to the issue. We will continue to update this issue as we have more information. We have opened a case with SirsiDynix to have them investigate this issue. PayPal bill payment on Aspen is not affected by this issue; you can direct patrons there for bill payment until this issue is resolved.
