[SWANcom] NCOA Cleanup and Partial Modify Patron Data Freeze Continues

Thank you all for your patience as we continue to process the NCOA file. As a reminder any changes made to the STREET, CITY, STATE, and ZIP fields in the Addresses tab before the freeze is lifted will be overwritten as we complete the project.
