Crestwood Library is currently without power and phone service due to the storms on Saturday. They expect that these services will not be restored until Wednesday the 18th.

We have found a number of NonSWAN and Chicago Reciprocal Borrowing patron records that do not have ILL_LIBS as their library, most likely due to a learning curve when we first migrated. We have attached a report of these records; please open the NonSWAN RB and Chicago Users report, find the tab with your library name (if you don't see your library you do not have any records to clean up!) and use the Modify User wizard to update the Library field in the user records to ILL_LIBS.
We have also found user records with a Library of ILL_LIBS with User Profiles that belong to SWAN libraries. We have attached a report of these records; please open the ILL_LIBS Library - No NonSWAN or Chicago_P User Profiles report, find the tab(s) with your library User Profile(s) and use the Modify User wizard to examine the record and update necessary fields. If the record belongs to a NonSWAN or Chicago patron update the User Profile field. If the record belongs to your patron, update the Library field to your library.

Thanks to some eagle-eyed staff at our libraries we have discovered the Circulation Statistics posted on the SWAN support site do not include transactions from September 30th. Although our subscriptions were set to run late in the day on the first of the month it appears the harvest had not yet completed. We have changed our subscriptions to run late in the day on the second day of the month and encourage any members who have subscribed to statistics reports on their own to do the same. We will send out notice tomorrow when we post the updated reports to the SWAN support site.
We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.

This afternoon, we experienced a spike in our Production Server load average.
This caused slowness, disconnects and general instability of the system.
We have resolved this issue and Symphony is once again performing as expected.
You may resume using WorkFlows at this time.
Any offline transactions will be uploaded and processed overnight.

We're currently working to resolve a Symphony server outage that began around 3:55PM on 9/15. In the meantime, please use WorkFlows in Offline mode to continue circulating.
