What used to be RB_ILL_DAMAGED is now UNUSABLE_RB_ILL

The new support site is now open for beta testing<https://swandev.swanlibraries.net/>! Please use our simple feedback form<https://fs8.formsite.com/SWANServices/csnwj9vs9x/index.html> to communicate any issues you find. The form will remain open until December 7th, which will allow SWAN staff time to implement any changes before the full launch on December 11th. Many thanks to all library staff who participated in the numerous interviews, card sorts, and tree tests that have helped us better categorize documentation and content on the new site-your feedback has been immensely helpful in organizing the new site.
Some things to test and report for the new site:
* Log in with your current L2 account information, just like the current site
* Test the new site search by searching for documents and noting the accuracy of the results
* Let us know how you feel about the new online documentation format
* Try out the Quick library lookup on the homepage
* Let us know about any resources you use regularly that you can't find on the beta site
Again, this feedback form will remain open until December 7th and the new site will launch Tuesday, December 11th.

SWAN Member Libraries:
This weekend SWAN will be making the address and extended info field consolidations that were recommended by the SWAN Circulation Advisory. These changes will take place outside of library hours and there will be no impact on the membership. Monday you will see fewer fields in both the address and extended info tabs within patrons records. Below is a chart of the fields that are being removed and where any info that is in that field currently, will go. The most noticeable difference being the phone fields. There will now be 2 phone fields named, PHONE, and ALT PHONE.

The SmartPort "File Not Found" error appears to be resolved after last night's halt/run. Thank you for your patience while we worked on this issue. If you continue to experience problems with the wizard, please send us a ticket and we will revisit the case with SirsiDynix.
--Updated 2:00 p.m.--
We have received word from SirsiDynix that the SmartPort error has been fixed, but a halt/run is required before the fix will take effect. The halt/run will take place tonight, so we are hopeful that SmartPort functionality will be restored when everyone signs on tomorrow morning. We will test the wizard early tomorrow morning to see if any more work is required.

We are currently experiencing an issue with SmartPort. While attempting to bring in MARC records with this wizard, you may receive a "File not found" error. We have opened a case with SirsiDynix and hope to have this resolved as soon as possible. Thanks for your patience while we investigate this error.
