Quick update: some good news, we re-enabled the Enterprise code "widget" which displays local library holdings in search results. Read about the issues related to this here, under the Known Issues section of our new support site:

The SWAN Enterprise Novelist Select integration in detailed displays remains disabled for all library profiles, but we will resume work on it once we have completed the Green Hills Public Library District data load, which continues throughout today and tomorrow.

Library Directors have been provided with BCA login credentials. If you are a Director and do not have access to the BCA reports, please open a ticket at help(a)swanlibraries.net<mailto:help@swanlibraries.net>.
Updated documentation<https://support.swanlibraries.net/documentation/66269> is now available to advise libraries what to do with these reports.
Debits and credits for longoverde RB/ILL items have not been included in the Quarterly Billing since the August, 2017, revision to the Circulation Policy changed the reimbursement to 365 days after due date. The Custom Longoverdue Report (CLR) was not able to process these items until a cleanup of the patron database was completed. This cleanup was necessary to ensure the bills created by the CLR "belong" to the patron's library. The cleanup was not completed in time for the October, 2018, Quarterly Billing which means your current billing contains six months' worth of debits/credits instead of three.
Please wait until you receive your statement before making payments or requesting a credit.

We are anxious to restore the Enterprise search results display with library holdings. Please know that we assess the ability to coordinate with other projects on a daily basis and this remains a high priority for resolution.
Currently SirsiDynix has started the process of loading Green Hills bibliographic, patron, and circulation data in preparation for the January 29th go-live date. To avoid problems with this data load, we are not able to turn this display on in Enterprise until the data load is complete.

The Symphony WorkFlows server appears to be stable after our recent round of troubleshooting. That being the case, we've reenabled all SIP2 and Web Services functions to increase the overall system load, so all library SIP2 ports are now open. Additionaly, all WorkFlows services are currently functioning as expected.
We've also lifted the freeze on acquisitions. Please feel free to begin processing acquisitions at any time. To retain the correct report configuration, you'll need to unsuspend the acquisitions reports relating to your library. Please refer to the support site documentation<https://support.swanlibraries.net/documentation/66566> for additional information on how to unsuspend or reschedule those reports.
If you are still having difficulty connecting to the WorkFlows server or have encountered any other system anomalies, please open a new ticket by emailing help(a)swanlibraries.net<mailto:help@swanlibraries.net>.
