The March Quarterly agenda and packet for the meeting on Thursday, March 5th at 10 a.m. is now available to you.

This meeting will include a vote to revise SWAN ByLaws. The revised version is included in the packet along with a memo outlining the requested changes. The EBSCO group-purchase that was introduced at the Committee of the Whole meeting a few weeks ago is now finalized for pricing. And of course there will be a review of next year's SWAN budget and fees which we will seek your feedback on.
The meeting will be live-streamed, but we encourage as many directors/administrators to attend in person. The remote attendance is noted at the bottom of the agenda.

Our scheduled database maintenance has concluded successfully! The SWAN Bibliographic Services team will provide an update in the next few days with some statistics regarding the records changes applied.
The Symphony report queue will be catching up for the remainder of the evening, so please refrain from scheduling any new reports. Additionally, normally scheduled library reports for Acquisitions and other functions have been temporarily suspended to reduce tonight's report backlog. We'll be unsuspending all reports to resume normal schedules tomorrow.

We have received reports of an issue in MobileCirc that prevents the cursor from automatically return to the barcode field when using the MobileCirc Inventory module.
SirsiDynix is aware of the bug and has issued a JIRA case. They are actively working to resolve this issue, however, we do not currently have a timeline for resolution.

We've received reports that some holds awaiting pickup, when checked out, are displaying the message, "item is on hold for another patron" and requiring an override. If this occurs, simply override the hold to checkout to the patron associated on the hold shelf.
We believe the issue may be relating to some routine database maintenance and do not expect the issue to persist nor impact a significant number of patrons/holds.
