ILLINET Traffic Survey Questions

We have received questions regarding the ILLINET Traffic Survey and reporting interlibrary loan numbers as part of your annual reporting. Please note that the ILLINET Traffic Survey is based on a fiscal year starting with July 1. NOTE: the filing deadline for FY21 (July 1, 2020 - June 30, 2021) is March 31, 2022. If you have not completed the FY21 ILLINET Traffic Survey please do so before this deadline. Instructions and data are updated annually and can be found on the SWAN Support Site - ILLINET Traffic Survey<https://support.swanlibraries.net/documentation/66632> page. The ILLINET Traffic Survey for FY22 will be posted sometime in July 2022, after end of FY22. Monthly Patron Record Removal - Continue with 10 years inactivity

As we juggle with an interesting start to 2022 and process the address changes supplied through the National Change of Address (NCOA) process, we are postponing the change to 7 years on inactivity on patron records as qualifying criteria. The monthly report you receive in your BLUEcloud Analytics History Log will reflect those patron records eligible for removal the following month, if no action is taken by the library to update the patrons Last Activity Date (LAD).
