End of Year Clean-up: Fiscal Year & NCOA Prep

Committee of the Whole Meeting 10/4/22 - review of SWAN's MessageBee proposal

Hello Library Directors & Administrators- SWAN will hold an online Committee of the Whole meeting next week Tuesday, October 4th at 10:00 a.m. via Zoom to review the proposal to enhance the library notifications SWAN provides users via email and SMS/text with MessageBee. The Zoom link and proposal is posted online with the agenda on the publicly available SWAN Support page below.. https://support.swanlibraries.net/meeting/91552 The proposal to add the MessageBee service from Unique Management was introduced at the September SWAN Quarterly meeting. This Committee of the Whole meeting is intended for those library representatives that will vote on the proposal at the December 1, 2022 Quarterly meeting (to be held in person at Oak Brook Public Library) to learn about the service, the new expense, and ask questions.
