This memo is SWAN's list of 3rd party vendors that require a connection to the ILS to read data for a variety of services such as self-checkout systems, e-readers, and mobile apps. Most of these vendors have already been contacted by SWAN staff regarding the network migration. I've had several calls from those of you who participate in the monthly item deletes program:
The last day for you to mark items for deletion for the month of November, as well as the last day for you to run reports on those deletes, will be 9:00 p.m. on Wednesday, November 27. You may assume those items will be permanently deleted after 9:00 p.m. on Wednesday the 27th, after which you will no longer have access to the items or have the ability to run reports on them.
