Please be aware, last night we encountered an abnormal ADUText report, which handles our daily record maintenance and processing. You may encounter record issues throughout the day until the next successful run of the ADUText report. To clarify, only item records (not patron records) should be affected.
We've reached out to SirsiDynix with hopes to mitigate some of the record issues as soon as possible. If you come across errors with specific records, please email a list to help(a)swanlibraries.net<mailto:help@swanlibraries.net> and we'll forward them to SirsiDynix for further investigation and temporary correction.

We’re currently monitoring a long-running overnight maintenance report, ADUText, which is creating delays to the morning report schedule. As ADUText and the subsequent overnight maintenance reports continue processing, you may encounter several errors:
* “Heading keys need to be indexed” when accessing an item record
* Item records are unsearchable by title (but can be accessed by Standard Number)
* Various general indexing errors when accessing or attempting to catalog item records
Some of the processes that have not yet completed are:
* Blocking of patrons for Fine Free overdue items
* Billing process of items 42 days overdue
* Cancelling of expired holds on the holdshelf
* Compiling of holds for pull lists
* Preparing and sending of notices
Please refrain from pulling your expired holds from the holdshelf until we give the all clear.

Good afternoon, SWAN Member Library Staff:
SWAN will be performing scheduled maintenance on our indexes this Sunday, August 31st, after all libraries are closed. These reports do take several hours to run so there may be a delay in the start of the standard reports for Labor Day Monday, September 1st. WorkFlows will not be available during the scheduled maintenance window.
The Aspen online catalog will still be available for patrons.
