As a reminder, an Aspen configuration freeze in preparation for the server migration began today. This means that some functionality for library staff logins has been disabled to help us speed up the migration process on migration day and reduce downtime for staff and patrons. The budget was approved today at the Quarterly membership meeting. I have uploaded the budget and membership fees for the upcoming year starting July 1, 2025 to the budget page on SWAN Support.

We are currently experiencing indexing issues in the catalog. Updates to records will not appear and item statuses will not update until these issues are resolved. We are working with our Aspen support and hosting vendor to resolve these issues as quickly as possible.

SWAN is making a change to our Aspen hosting and support, which necessitates a server migration planned for Tuesday March 25th- Wednesday March 26th. Some features in the catalog will be unavailable for staff and patrons during the migration.
