This maintenance window is scheduled to begin after libraries have closed on Tuesday, December 23rd. and is expected to extend through Christmas Eve and Christmas Day, as the indexing reports take several hours to run. National Change of Address (NCOA) 2025

SWAN Member Library Staff: We have received the address change data from Unique and will be updating patron records starting today. The number of patron records sent for processing was 773,650. Of those, 24,352 were returned with address changes for a change rate of 3.2%. In preparation, we have temporarily disabled the Symphony function to update Last Activity Date when a patron's address information is changed. Once processing begins over the next couple of days, manual address changes may be overridden by this update. Single Sign-On live on the SWAN website

Good morning member libraries, Single sign-on is now enabled on the SWAN website. * You can log on using your L2 credentials, which will also sign you on to our ticketing portal. * If you are already logged in to the ticketing portal, you will be automatically logged in to the SWAN website. * Logging on will also return you to the page you logged in from, instead of redirecting you to the home page.
