This upgrade is scheduled after 6:00 p.m. on Sunday, November 8th, and the new version will be live by Monday morning, November 9th. Following completion of the upgrade, your library will need to use a new URL for the admin tool along with a new password, which we'll be sending to you directly. We'll submit additional updates to the news post as the upgrade progresses.

The Circulation Advisory election is now open. The head of Circulation should be the one to make the selections, and there should only one vote per library. Please follow the instructions on the form. The election will close on November 6th at 5:00 PM, so please make all selections before then.

We're currently investigating notices of a widespread network/VPN outage across our libraries. This appears to be part of a larger outage, either with the Microsoft Azure platform which hosts our server environment or with a major internet service provider.
As of 12pm, the outage appears to have subsided, lasting only a few minutes. Most libraries have been able to reconnect. If your library is still down, please let us know by emailing help(a)swanlibraries.net<mailto:help@swanlibraries.net>.
