Due to ongoing construction at RAILS Burr Ridge, we are again holding this meeting at a different venue, Wood Dale PL this time. We are going to test out a new live streaming/recording option with GoToMeetings this time around. We are hoping to have any bugs worked out by then, but as with any new technology there is always a potential for slow down for this first large test trial, so in-person attendance may be best if you want to ensure that you do not experience any technical issues. Our IT team will email you instructions for utilizing the GoTo Meetings feature as we get closer to the meeting date.

SirsiDynix ran into an issue that slowed their upgrade to MicroStrategy 10 over the weekend but it is now complete. There are some changes to the appearance of BCA but they should not affect the way you have become accustomed to using the reports.
The issue SirsiDynix experienced affected access to BCA and many of the DISCARD reports you subscribe to over the weekend seem to have failed. Please find attached a list of items, paged by library, that were checked out to DISCARD last week. As always, please contact us if you have any difficulties.

SirsiDynix has restarted our Enterprise instance and it has been running stable for approximately 20 minutes now.
We do not anticipate any further disruption of service, but we will continue to monitor it throughout the day.
