***Please Route to Appropriate Personnel*** Regarding the Circulation Lost in Transit Report: If you do not find items on your list, please leave them "in transit" as we are still working with RAILS staff to determine why our "in transit" item counts are so high. Regarding BLUEcloud Analytics: When you log into BLUEcloud Analytics, you will first see two folders: [cid:image001.jpg@01D2578A.9A0B4960] Please choose the BCA SWANLIBS folder. This is the folder that contains all of the canned SWAN Reports in addition to the reports delivered by SirsiDynix. The other folder was created by SirsiDynix in anticipation of the new BLUEcloud Analytics release, but it is not yet functional.
