September 17 RAILS Member Update The next RAILS Member Update<http://www.librarylearning.info/events/?eventID=20642> is Thursday, September 17, from 1:30 - 3:30 p.m. Members can attend at the RAILS Burr Ridge service center, at one of the library videoconference locations located throughout the RAILS area, or via one-way streaming. You will hear about RAILS' plans for continuing education (CE) and consulting services, including a series of cataloging webinars, workshops on the Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) and the Open Meetings Act (OMA), copyright/interlibrary loan training, new webinars for trustees, and delivery training videos, and more. **RESOLVED** ENTERPRISE TROUBLE

Enterprise service has been restored. There was an outage in the Midwest that affected connections for many websites and services, including SirsiDynix's SaaS products like Enterprise. ICN was able to resolve the issue, and Enterprise is now functioning as expected. The issue with ICN is also affecting our web services connection to Enterprise. This means that while users that do not use ICN as their ISP (such as libraries on Comcast or users accessing the catalog from home) are able to connect to Enterprise, they will not be able to log in, place holds, or see item statuses. SWAN Member Library Staff: We have a case open and are currently investigating an issue with the Symphony WorkFlows Reports module where access to reports result in the error "User ID must contain at least two digits".
