I know many of you are patiently waiting for the Symphony test system. We promised it would be out in January, but due to a variety of reasons I won't get into, we delayed its deployment.
The good news is that we reached the step where we can clone the Symphony system we have been working on, and will create the system for you to practice in. We anticipate this will be ready next week.

We'd also love to hear your feedback, additional questions that arise (and that we can answer in subsequent editions), and ideas/best practices that your library is utilizing. Monthly newsletters will be coming to you for March, April, and May as well.
In the coming weeks, your patron bookmarks for February will also be arriving via USPS. A SWANcom will be sent out to notify you once those are in the mail. Additional PR materials will also be sent via SWANcom and posted on the website as they become available.

The Enterprise OPAC is accessing data that was extracted from our system back in early December, so your account may show items checked out or fees that are no longer valid.
If you encounter an issue with a blocked account and are unable to place items on hold, you may skip that part of the test.
