SWAN Membership-
I just wanted to let everyone know that we continue to work with SirsiDynix support staff
in determining the cause of our Enterprise harvests going awry. The SWAN IT staff have
been very communicative about the issues and the services impacted. While we attempt to
avoid downtime or disruptions during library business hours, occasionally the unexpected
occurs.
SWAN IT are working hard with SirsiDynix support to determine the cause of Enterprise
harvest issues. I have confidence in the process and how SWAN staff and SirsiDynix are
responding. Some issues with BLUEcloud Analytics and Enterprise Checkout History are being
dealt with separately and through the appropriate personnel.
From a communication standpoint, SWAN staff also use
the Support site to update libraries, so I would encourage library staff to check our News
blogroll if you are unfamiliar with the recent issues.
