Whether you celebrate Hanukkah, Kwanzaa, Christmas, Festivus, the Winter Solstice, or none
of the above - SWAN would like to share 12 days of "gifts" with you.
The long-awaited ability to remove long overdue items is finally here! We have worked with
SirsiDynix on a custom procedure for this feature. Once an item is 1 year overdue the new
procedure will:
* Disconnect the checkout
* Remove the LOST_ASSUM bill
* Remove the PROCESSFEE bill
* Create a LONGODUE bill
* Create a PROCESSFEEX bill
* DISCARD your item
At this time, we are only running this for local transactions (your patron, your item) on
a library by library basis. If you would like to be one of the first libraries we process,
