On the Twelfth Day of (insert your favorite holiday) ----SWAN elves gave to me

Whether you celebrate Hanukkah, Kwanzaa, Christmas, Festivus, the Winter Solstice, or none of the above – SWAN would like to share 12 days of “gifts” with you.  

The long-awaited ability to remove long overdue items is finally here! We have worked with SirsiDynix on a custom procedure for this feature.  Once an item is 1 year overdue the new procedure will:

• Disconnect the checkout
• Remove the LOST_ASSUM bill
• Remove the PROCESSFEE bill
• Create a LONGODUE bill
• Create a PROCESSFEEX bill
• DISCARD your item

At this time, we are only running this for local transactions (your patron, your item) on a library by library basis.
