SWAN Member Library Staff:
Due to an error in one of our overnight maintenance reports, we're encountering some
intermittent issues when searching user records. We believe this is limited to records
that have just been updated or created within the last day, and while these records still
appear to be accessible, they have not been fully indexed for searching.
We've been in contact with SirsiDynix support regarding the issue, and hope to have
it resolved within the next nightly maintenance report schedule, if not later today.
Should you encounter any inaccessible user records or issues that appear to be related,
please let us know by submitting a ticket to
help@swanlibraries.net<mailto:help@swanlibraries.net>. Please be sure to provide
examples, if possible, as it helps us to investigate the issue further.
