SWAN Libraries-
We are now officially 97! The system rebuild has concluded, offline transactions uploaded
have been processed, and VPN access has been restored. You are now free to connect to
WorkFlows and begin normal daily operations. SWAN staff are standing by to meet your
support needs. The most effective way to report issues or questions is by submitting a
ticket to the Help Desk, whether through email (help(a)swanlibraries.net) or the SWAN OTRS
Support System.

*NEW 19: we are investigating some issues with holds placed by patrons that were
old/inactive which loaded as active. Please do not take any steps for processing holds
until we notify you. As you check in items, process normally.*
All Libraries: Please remember that BLUEcloud Analytics harvests will remain suspended
until tomorrow and may take an extra day to accurately reflect offline transactions. We
expect BCA to reflect accurate data by Friday, May 4.
