[SWANcom] SVA is live

Today is June 6th and everyone know what that means --- SVA (robo-calling of patron notices) starts today. As you read this email, the reports are running and compiling the calls to be made later today. As a reminder, phone calls are made between the hours of 10:30 AM and 7:30 PM (Mon. - Fri.) and 11:00 AM and 6:00 PM (Sat. - Sun.). Patrons with a notice preference of PHONE will receive calls for hold pickup, overdues, and bills (unless your library requested differently). Overdues are generated on the same schedule as the SMS, Email and Print notices. On an odd occasion, due to the large number of Circulation Rules in our consortia, patrons may receive a second phone call with additional notices on the same day.
