[SWANcom] Change in CTS delivery service days for Burr Ridge libraries

On behalf of RAILS Delivery & Facilities Director Mark Hatch: RAILS has renewed our delivery outsourcing agreement with Continental Transportation Solutions (CTS) effective Sunday, October 25, 2015. One major change will take place with the renewal that will affect libraries in the Burr Ridge service area. Beginning on October 25, deliveries will take place from Sunday night through Thursday night and incoming materials will be available for library staff each weekday morning. For example, materials delivered Sunday night will be ready and waiting on Monday morning. This change will make it easier for CTS to process materials more consistently and will even out the delivery load. There will be no other changes to the service CTS provides your library and you will continue to process outgoing materials in the same way. Once again, this change will take effect on Sunday, October 25.
