[SWANcom] Last night SVA emails

Everyone --- I wanted to apologize for the rash of emails you might have received last night regarding SVA. The report we were generating to provide libraries with a copy of SVA calls that failed to complete went awry (nuts). We are working towards a solution before tonight and will not run this report until we are certain it is behaving as anticipated. Thank you for your understanding.
