[SWANcom] July Quarterly Billing now available

The July Quarterly Billing is complete and the invoices and checks will be mailed shortly from the RAILS Accounting Department. Documentation<https://support.swanlibraries.net/system/files/Members%20O… has been written to help guide users through the Billing Summary sheet<https://support.swanlibraries.net/system/files/Members%20Only/BLUE… as well as the detail statement reports<https://na1-microstrategy.bc.sirsidynix.net/bcanalytics/asp/Main… folder accessible in BlueCloud Analytics Shared Reports. If you do not have access to the BCA reports, please open a ticket at help@swanlibraries.net<mailto:help@swanlibraries.net> and we will send you the Excel file. In addition, we will have a BCA login created for you and supply you with the documentation you need to access these files in the future. Updated documentation<https://support.swanlibraries.net/system/files/Members%20O… is now available to advise libraries what to do with these reports. Please wait until you receive your invoice before making payments or requesting a credit.
