[SWANcom] Aspen server migration and changes to hosting

Good morning member libraries, SWAN is making a change to our Aspen hosting and support, which necessitates a server migration planned for Tuesday March 25th- Wednesday March 26th. Some features in the catalog will be unavailable for staff and patrons during the migration.
