SWAN Library Directors/Administrators: I have received a few inquiries about the OCLC agreement you received in the mail. Just a reminder: 1. OCLC membership is part of your SWAN Membership, so there is nothing to pay. 2. Sign both copies of the agreement from the State Library and they will send you back a signed original copy for your records. 3.
