[SWANcom] Updated Gale Links

Hello, Gale recently sent out a memo about updating your Gale links to https and to *gale.com rather than *galegroup.com. Athens is currently working in development on an issue with Gale on this change. Please do not update your links until we receive communication from Athens that these links will connect properly. In the memo, Gale stated that the links would redirect. Please allow those links to redirect until Athens has resolved the issues.
