The re-extract of our history logs has completed, and the issue with the Circulation
Statistics in BLUEcloud Analytics has now been resolved.
All Circulation Statistic reports for July 2017 have been rerun and uploaded to the SWAN
support site Statistics page.
If you feel your numbers for July were incorrect, please rerun your reports in BLUEcloud
Analytics at your earliest convenience.

SWAN Member Library Staff:
We have discovered that the circulation statistics reports for July 2017 are lacking
transactions for some libraries. This is due to a failed extract of our Symphony history
and statistical logs.
To correct this, SirsiDynix will need to run a manual re-extract of our data today.
Because of this manual re-extract, BLUEcloud Analytics will be temporarily down today,
Wednesday August 9th, until later this evening.
We apologize for the inconvenience and ask that you refrain from logging into BLUEcloud
Analytics until tomorrow when the extract will be complete. If you feel your numbers may
be off, we recommend that you log in tomorrow to run your statistics once more and
determine if the number of transactions has changed after the extract.
We will also upload new reports to the SWAN support site Statistics page and send an
update when this has been completed.
