SWAN Member Library Staff: ADUText report is still running so you may continue to receive error messages. SirsiDynix has advised that library staff should avoid editing any bibliographic records that were created on 5/5/16 until further notice. We will send an update when we have additional information. These are related to indexing reports that are currently running. Relating to the data import of our upcoming library migration, we will have a large number of index keys being processed over the next few days so one may receive these error messages. Please be advised that new records may not be retrievable until the index keys are processed. As always, we advise staff creating new pre-cats to search a minimum three indexes for a matching record before creating a new pre-cat. Thank you for your continued patience. This report may throw off the normal timing by a few hours. If possible, please avoid submitting unnecessary reports this morning so that we're able to catch up.
