*** Please Route to Appropriate Personnel *** Circulation ---- Attached is a memo regarding the "Clean Holds Shelf" report . On September 8th, the report run by the SWAN Office will be changed to not trap any holds. This will result in a small change to the processing of materials in your office. We are making this change to the report to eliminate the possibility of pre-mature hold pickup notices being produced. If you run your own "Clean Holds Shelf" report(s), you will need to update the Trap Holds tab in the report as described in the attached memo. Thank you for your cooperation.
