[SWANcom] Continue on Offline Circulation

SWAN Libraries: Continue to use Offline Circulation. The problem we are diagnosing are related to Millennium Circulation printing. These problems are significant enough that we are working with Innovative support to resolve them. Once we have a fix in place we will notify you via SWANcom. We have no estimated time for you yet. We have also encountered Millennium Express Lane problems. Libraries using Express Lane should prepare to leave these out of service once SWAN comes back online.
