[SWANcom] *Update* Baker & Taylor Issues Following Network Migration

SWAN Member Libraries - Just to give a quick update, most widespread issues relating to the Network Migration have been resolved, including access to Baker & Taylor's Axis360. However, we're continuing to troubleshoot issues with Innovative's Quick Clicks system. This issue affects Quick Clicks ordering via several major vendors, including Baker & Taylor, Brodart, Ingram, Midwest Tapes, and Innovate Ecommerce. We're continuing to work with these vendors to find a solution as soon as possible. We greatly appreciate your continued patience, and we'll keep you informed as soon as new information is available. The issues reported are as follows... 1. Axis360 Patron Authentication gives "Access Denied" error a. This issue is believed to be resolved. If you're still receiving this error, please contact our help desk (630.734.5153) and submit a ticket. 2. Axis360 Error when accessing eRead item record via SWAN Catalog a. This issue is believed to have been related to the authentication error. Please contact our help desk if you encounter the issue at your library. 3.
