[SWANcom] Enterprise outage - 9/13

SWAN member library staff: There was a momentary Enterprise service interruption this afternoon from 1:38-2:05PM. All Enterprise function has been restored and SirsiDynox support is continuing to investigate the root cause of these outages. We will update when more information becomes available.
