SWAN Member Library Staff: We have received reports of "heading keys need to be indexed" and "locked record" error messages. These are related to indexing reports that are currently running. Relating to the data import of our upcoming library migration, we will have a large number of index keys being processed over the next few days so one may receive these error messages. Please be advised that new records may not be retrievable until the index keys are processed. As always, we advise staff creating new pre-cats to search a minimum three indexes for a matching record before creating a new pre-cat. Thank you for your continued patience.
