Libraries are reporting they receive a "BLUEcloud Commerce is not available" message after patrons swipe their credit cards at the ProPay swipes at circulation desks. We have opened a case with SirsiDynix to have them investigate this issue. We will update the Known Issue<https://support.swanlibraries.net/issue/94201> on the SWAN Support Site as more information becomes available. PayPal bill payment on Aspen is not affected by this issue; you can direct patrons there for bill payment until this issue is resolved. Some MessageBee Email Notifications Sent to Patrons Early

We have encountered an issue with our MessageBee SMS rollout that is causing certain patrons to get some email notices via the MessageBee platform earlier than expected. This is an unfortunate byproduct of the logic that governs our notification reports. MessageBee Notifications - April 26th SMS Rollout and May Training

On Wednesday, April 26th, SWAN will migrate SMS notifications to our new MessageBee platform. Notification wording will change, but patrons will continue to receive the same messages they are used to. We also scheduled comprehensive MessageBee platform training and invite all SWAN staff to attend. This training wil familiarize staff with the platform, reporting tools, and e-mail templates. These are scheduled for early May so staff will have time to examine and request changes to e-mail templates before we roll them out in late June.
