On Wednesday, April 26th, SWAN will migrate SMS notifications to our new MessageBee platform. Notification wording will change, but patrons will continue to receive the same messages they are used to. We also scheduled comprehensive MessageBee platform training and invite all SWAN staff to attend. This training wil familiarize staff with the platform, reporting tools, and e-mail templates. These are scheduled for early May so staff will have time to examine and request changes to e-mail templates before we roll them out in late June.
