Quick update: some good news, we re-enabled the Enterprise code "widget" which displays local library holdings in search results. Read about the issues related to this here, under the Known Issues section of our new support site:

The SWAN Enterprise Novelist Select integration in detailed displays remains disabled for all library profiles, but we will resume work on it once we have completed the Green Hills Public Library District data load, which continues throughout today and tomorrow.

The January Quarterly Billing is complete and the invoices and checks will be mailed shortly from the RAILS Accounting Department. Library Directors have been provided with BCA login credentials. If you are a Director and do not have access to the BCA reports, please open a ticket at help(a)swanlibraries.net<mailto:help@swanlibraries.net>.
Updated documentation<https://support.swanlibraries.net/documentation/66269> is now available to advise libraries what to do with these reports.
Debits and credits for longoverde RB/ILL items have not been included in the Quarterly Billing since the August, 2017, revision to the Circulation Policy changed the reimbursement to 365 days after due date. The Custom Longoverdue Report (CLR) was not able to process these items until a cleanup of the patron database was completed. This cleanup was necessary to ensure the bills created by the CLR "belong" to the patron's library. The cleanup was not completed in time for the October, 2018, Quarterly Billing which means your current billing contains six months' worth of debits/credits instead of three.
Please wait until you receive your statement before making payments or requesting a credit.

The long-running overnight maintenance reports have concluded.
While it may take some time for our regular report schedule to catch up, staff and patrons should no longer encounter any errors while using WorkFlows or other software that interacts with the database.

This report is processing a higher volume of records due to the addition of Green Hills migration data, and could extend later into the morning. As ADUText and the subsequent RebuildItem report process, you may encounter several errors:
* "Heading keys need to be indexed" when accessing an item record
* Item records are unsearchable by title (but can be accessed by Standard Number)
* Various general indexing errors when accessing or attempting to catalog item records
All items should be searchable without errors in Enterprise, and any WorkFlows errors should resolve as these two reports conclude.
We apologize for these delays and will send an update as soon as the reports conclude.
