Courtesy and First Overdue Notices

SirsiDynix has confirmed that this is an issue affecting several of their customers and is working to restore service. Thank you for your patience as this issue is being resolved. **RESOLVED** Symphony Server Outage 9/15

SWAN Member Library Staff: This afternoon, we experienced a spike in our Production Server load average. This caused slowness, disconnects and general instability of the system. We have resolved this issue and Symphony is once again performing as expected. You may resume using WorkFlows at this time. Any offline transactions will be uploaded and processed overnight.
