Millennium Slowness and Encore Outage - 2/28

SWAN Library Staff: Please be aware, this morning we had experienced some slowness with our Millennium Production server, which had affected the client and classic catalog. That issue has since been resolved, however, we're still encountering an issue with the Encore Webpac. We're currently investigating the situation and will update everyone once a resolution is in-place. SWAN Symphony Test Server Maintenance This Weekend (Beginning Friday at 6pm)

SWAN Library Staff: Please be aware, this weekend we will be performing scheduled maintenance on the SWAN Symphony Test server to resolve several issues and refresh configuration settings. The planned outage will begin this evening at 6pm, and the server may be offline throughout the weekend. During this time, WorkFlows will be unavailable for testing. This outage will not affect any of the Millennium servers you're currently using for normal daily operations. This only affects our SirsiDynix Symphony servers. We'll send additional SWANcoms prior to the maintenance and when the maintenance process concludes. Thank you for your patience. Final Batch Item Deletions March 31st

The final Batch Item Deletions report will be run in Millennium on March 31, 2015. Please do not set any items to IC2SUPP "d" after end of business on March 30, 2015. Any such information will not be captured in our final data pull. If you absolutely must delete any items between March 31st and April 3rd, you will need to delete them individually.
