Online Verification of CPL Patrons Unavailable Chicago Public Library is migrating to a new library management system between 5 a.m. Thursday, April 13 and Friday, April 21. Please call (312) 747-4300 if verifying the expiration date and status of a CPL patron who is waiting in person. Otherwise, please check back on Friday, April 21, when this service will be again available after our migration to a new library management system.
