SWAN Member Libraries: As noted in the April 8th Committee of the Whole meeting, the SWAN Board has been working on a number of modifications to the current SWAN Bylaws. The Bylaws Committee, chaired by board members Sheila Sosnicki and Pierre Gregoire, presented their suggested changes to the membership during the April 8th meeting. In the link below, the proposed changes are provided to you in a red-lined copy of the Bylaws document, with an attached memo noting the changes. Also included in the memo is the proposed new timeline for the SWAN budget process. These suggested revisions will be voted upon by the SWAN membership at the June 5th Quarterly meeting.
