+++ Route to Appropriate Personnel +++

This week SWAN staff completed a review of the various notices and billing processes. As a
result, SWAN has tweaked the logic and the run order of the notices to assure that all
notices are being generated appropriately. The major tweak has been to the run order of
the printed notices generated for failed SVA phone calls.
As we implement this change a few patrons that have not received overdue notices or bills
for materials still outstanding may now receive the appropriate overdue printed notice.
This is a small number of individuals that still have outstanding overdue items. We
wanted to provide you with this information in case any of your patrons inquire as to why
they didn't receive an overdue notice until now. There is the possibility that a
patron may receive notices for a few days in a row as the notice cycles through the
process.
Beginning October 6th the reports are going to run in this new order: SMS, SVA, Email and
lastly Print. Any patron who does not fit the criteria for the other types of notices will
default to print.
