SWAN Member Library Staff:
Due to an issue relating to an upcoming ticketing server migration, some SWAN tickets and
replies submitted by you and your staff over the last week did not arrive in the SWAN
ticketing system. We've identified around 70 tickets and replies that did not process
correctly and we are currently working to restore them in our ticket system and review
them. We've also corrected the issue that caused these tickets to be delayed.
If you have submitted a ticket anytime over the last week, you may see a delayed reply
from the SWAN support team. We sincerely apologize for this oversight and are working to
respond to these missed tickets as quickly as possible. Additionally, all tickets
submitted after our fix this morning are processing correctly, so please continue to email
your support issues to help@swanlibraries.net<mailto:help@swanlibraries.net> as
usual.
