SWAN Member Library Staff:
We're seeing one of the overnight maintenance reports last night completed
unsuccessfully, which has led to "Keys not indexed" and "Heading not
found" errors while searching items in WorkFlows this morning. We've already
reached out to SirsiDynix support for assistance in the investigation and resolution of
the issue. We believe items in Enterprise should be unaffected.
We'll send additional information via SWANcom as soon as it becomes available.
