SWAN Library Staff:
Just a quick update on this issue - we've found that modifying a record will appear
to create a duplicate patron record, but it's actually just a duplicate search index.
Essentially, this means you might see repeat patrons in the search functions until
we're able to re-run the maintenance report this evening. All duplicate records will
be removed tomorrow, and any modifications/updates you make today will be applied to the
patron's record, as expected.
We apologize for the confusion.

An overnight maintenance report encountered an issue and user searching in Workflows has
been affected. Searching by name works properly, but searching based on information such
as phone number or address will not. This issue will be resolved tomorrow. Sorry for any
