The ADUText report has concluded successfully. Previously scheduled morning reports will
be catching up for the next several hours.
Very fortunately, this is the last high-volume run of the ADUText report we current have
scheduled, and again, this issue was largely related to the import of library migration
data. Any future data processing we'll be performing in this volume we plan on
running through an alternate method, which could require some downtime, but will
ultimately cause less headaches.
Thank you again for your patience.

Subject: [SWANcom] Long-Running Report (ADUText) on Monday morning
Importance: High
SWAN Member Library Staff:
Relating to the data import of our upcoming library migration, we're currently seeing
a long-running report, "ADUText", that's tying up the normally scheduled
morning reports. This report may throw off the normal report timing by a few hours, and
could result in a handful of "locked" item records or "headings need to be
indexed" errors on new records.
If possible, please avoid submitting unnecessary reports this morning so that we're
able to catch up once the report has concluded. We expect the reports functions will be
freed up once again later this morning.
We sincerely apologize for the frequency of this issue over the last few weeks. Due to the
unpredictable nature of the ADUText record maintenance report, we're unable to
foresee how long high-volume record processing might take each evening.
With the completion of the Lansing/Franklin Park migrations and our recent change to a
weekly discard policy, long-running ADUText reports should be much less frequent in the
future.
Thank you again for your patience.
