We are experiencing a delay in our nightly processing. Until the long-running overnight
processing concludes and SWAN has sent an "all clear" update, please refrain
from all WorkFlows activities except Checkout and Checkin.
We're investigating the reason for these long-running overnight maintenance reports,
but suspect the issue is relating to an unusually high number of records processing
through the update. Throughout the morning, you are likely to encounter errors until these
reports have concluded including "Hatwrapper Exception" and "Records in
Use." Additionally, many records may be unsearchable in WorkFlows by name, as this
maintenance impacts our record indexing process.
Should you encounter records with errors, please make note of the records and submit a
ticket to help(a)swanlibraries.net. It's likely these errors will clear once the
reports conclude, but we'll double-check to ensure that's the case later today.
We sincerely apologize for the delays in this processing and appreciate your patience as
the reports conclude.
